General Terms & Conditions
All our transfers our drivers use the new Toll Road.
Desert Travel assumes no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, bad conditions of roads and any other conditions beyond control. We reserve the right to modify the routing and alter the itineraries in case of road closures, a force majure or for reasons beyond our control.
No Shows & Cancellations
Notice received less than 24 hours before your arrival date will be no charge.
Less than 12 hours notice or no shows will result in a 100% charge.
We have child seats available.
If required, this must be requested at the time of booking and children if required and confirm the availability of the appropriate model and size.
Passengers are welcome to bring their own child seats.
Pets must be transported in a pet carrier.
Passengers with surfboards, family pets, fishing gear, wheelchairs, oversized coolers will need to select a vehicle with enough space.
Passengers with large items of luggage or additional luggage should confirm that they are reserving the appropriate size vehicle.
Lost & Found
A passenger's baggage remains the responsibility of the passenger, at all times.
Passengers are responsible to make sure all their luggage is removed from the vehicle once they arrive at their destination.
Desert Travel will make every effort to determine the ownership of any found belongings and to contact the passenger to arrange for the items return.
